Returning or Exchanging a Product

Returns and exchanges are easy! 


Within 30 days of receipt of your order, you may return most items purchased in our store for a full product refund or exchange for a different item/size.



Fill out the Returns and Exchanges form: 

Simply follow the instructions on the back of the packing slip which was enclosed in the box with your order. If you no longer have your packing slip, please download and print the Return and Exchange Form.


Be sure to complete each section of the form. Any missing information may cause a delay in your return or exchange.  



If the item you are returning/exchanging was a gift, please enclose the name and e-mail address of the person who sent you the gift along with the reason for the return.


Packing and Sending Your Return: 

Pack the items along with the packing slip (receipt) securely in a box. Your order number must be included with the return to process your refund or exchange request.

We recommend that you use a shipper with delivery confirmation to ensure your package is received and your refund/exchange processed.


We cannot accept items that are:

  • Returned more than 30 days after their confirmed delivery
  • Not in their original condition and packaging, or are missing parts
  • Media (CD, Cassette, Video, DVD, Software, etc.) that have had the protective plastic wrap damaged or removed or if the security seal is broken



Refunds will be made via your original payment method. Credit card refunds will be made within 10 business days of receiving and approving your return. You will see this credit on your credit card statement. Checks will be mailed to the billing address on the original order along with a cover letter specifying the return details. 
Please Note: Shipping & Handling is non-refundable unless the product was damaged or the wrong product was sent to you. We will also pay the return shipping if the error was ours.
